Emergency gates
Recently 4 new BarrierGuard 800 Opening Gates were installed in Spain.
This was done by our client API Movilidad, a reputable Spanish traffic management and construction company.
The (manual) Opening Gates were placed on the highway AP-6 and AP-61. Both north-west of Madrid, where they will function as emergency gates.
They can be operated by just 1 person within an opening time of just a few minutes.
Thus saving precious time in case of accidents or road closure.
