The CADO® system enables an emergency opening in a safety barrier.

During the recent weeks we have finalized the production of 4 CADO’s, ready to be transported with destination Stockholm, Sweden.

We performed both the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for Hjulsta Södra and Häggvik projects successfully at our SPIE manufacturing location in Wijhe, The Netherlands.

These 4 automated emergency barriers are to be installed next month at the Stockholm Bypass project, a giant project from the Swedish Transport Administration that aims to connect northern and southern Stockholm.

Our CADO’s are being installed in the median barrier section for swift access to the other roadside in case of any calamities.
